About Us
Kenny Marhoffer has been surveying for over 20 years and is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) in Kentucky and Ohio. Kenny started his career surveying Kentucky’s indiscriminate colonial lands, high profile horse farms, hospital expansions and college campus expansions (to only name a few). Since 2015, his career has been surveying Ohio’s PLSS sectionalized lands, topographic mapping and route corridor surveying, dividing or retracing large farms and creating smaller parcel splits. Redbird Land Surveying has been in business since 2017 originating in Grant County, Kentucky. Redbird is now centrally located in Wayne County, Ohio.
Since 2014, Mikaela Corbett has been drafting and surveying from Ohio to Louisiana working with AutoCAD Civil3D and Carlson Survey programs. During her career, she has project managed and personally drafted/designed hundreds of miles of longline and local telecommunications engineering projects for clients such as AT&T and Spectrum. She has also worked on a multitude of route surveys, boundary surveys and ALTA surveys while specializing in topographic surveying and utility mapping. Her qualifications as a surveyor are:
